Sessions Opening in putty window

Hi,
I use superputty to connection to different servers and we have just upgraded 
from XP to Windows 7.

Setup putty and superputty all fine, imported my sessions etc and go to launch 
a session but it doesn't open in superputty, it launches putty itself and 
creates a tab on superputty that is just grey.

I've messed with the settings from things I've found on the web, but cant seem 
to get it to work. Also seen people mentioning EventViewer causing this 
problem, but no idea what this is.

Any help would be appreciated
