Please detail the location and number of support and operation team members the contractor shall ensure are properly trained. Section 3.02

We anticipate a minimal amount of training as the functionality should be relatively self-explanatory. The exact nature of the training (a broadcast message to users, train the trainer session, or some other approach) will be discussed and agreed upon during contract performance.
