Show banner only one time per user

If using banner as information it would be great if an user get to see this only one time (per login) For next login for the same benner activation this banner won't be shown again for this user.

And sorry for my delayed reply.

Since I've received similar requests to yours, I'm start to think about this feature :)

Now banner has two types, one is for site widely and the other is per project.
It's difficult for me to implement this feature for both type. So site wide banner should be implemented first.

That wasn't my request, At the moment the banner is shown alls the time on corresponding site. I am asking to stateful saving if a user already was shown the banner or not. Eg did ge log in during banner activation and if yes, don't show banner again for this user.

From banner 0.0.9, we can hide global banner message in each session.
(Project banner has not this feature yet.)
