Here is a test failure of ChaosSpec
ChaosSpec-log.txt

It's missing p20/4 "e00160"

It is processing p20/3 and p20/5 but no processing of p20/4.

There is a Filtering out duplicate of p20/4 which indicates that is in the OffsetStore State, but there is no saving timestamp offset of p20/4 before that.

Extremely annoying and puzzling. I can't understand this (yet).
