read.transcript.features bug with files where all genes have exon number <= 2 #12

If all genes in the bed file have exon numbers <= 2, read.transcript.features() will fail. When there are more than 3, all genes are read in properly, even the genes with single exons. It is not very likely to encounter such a file at least in eukaryotes, or this could be caused by incomplete annotation.

annotation features are now moved to genomation bioconductor package
