This was brought up during a discussion on CATS. From the user's perspective, can we ease some of the burdens of populating/building many reactions on demand by linking with / using libraries from:

Chemkin (https://www.ansys.com/products/fluids/ansys-chemkin-pro)
Cantera (https://cantera.org/)

Cantera has a Conda install for python. May be able to use as a means to automatically generate code blocks for MOOSE/CATS input files.
