If I type "arpspoof.exe ip"
then it says Can't find interface (explicitly specified or matching victim IP) for ip

You should type the IP address of the target, not the literal string "ip". If that's what you're doing, please provide an exact log of your command and the response, as well as the output of "ipconfig /all"
