【 drawer 】在打开抽屉后手动触发一次变更检测 #537

理由：7.3.0 之前的 open 有手动变更检测；如果不加上，容易造成一些超出预期的问题，例如使用 viewchild 查找 drawercontent 里的某个元素或组件，因为 drawercontent 是异步的，所以初始时这个 viewchild 是undefined
