[Docs] The badge request processing script truncates the part of the name after the hyphen

[neko-sunny]

There is a bug in the badge request processing script: it truncates the part of the name after the hyphen, so some users were not actually added to the list of contributors. As an example, my GH username is "neko-sunny", but I was added as "neko".
