Use trunk instead of wasm-pack for yew

In the yew docs they recommend using trunk to build your app: https://yew.rs/docs/getting-started/build-a-sample-app
I made the following change to dev.ts:

	buildProc = Deno.run({
		cmd: ['trunk', 'build'],
		stdout: 'inherit',
		stderr: 'inherit',
		cwd,
	});

It's a drop in replacement
