Calculation of the compression stress factor for concrete as a factor of kd, k3 and b(y).

b(y) is the width of the beam at y distance from the neutral axis up to beam compression-most fiber.
k3 is the shape factor included in Lo which is:
Lo = k1 * k3
kd is the distance from neutral axis to compression-most fiber of concrete.
