Patial Text cannot be displayed properly after adjusting the size

After adjusting the size of the App, some text cannot show properly. I am thinking it should be a common issue which may affect most users as users prone to multi-task when using laptop and it is convenient to keep the window of this App small. So I think it can be medium level severity because it affects overall user experience. But I put it as low.

It is unclear which text cannot be shown properly after adjusting the size of the app. One can slide left and right on the output window to view the text if a contact has many long details. From the image, it seems that all the details of the contact are shown (from the fact that the module tag CS2103 is shown for Index 5, Irfan).

Reason for disagreement: I am referring to the senario that user is using the App in small size. I think there should at least be some sign showing user that the text is incomplete.
