on installation, fields are required that I cannot fill anywhere...

erros says: not all required fields are entered

Have you installed Bluetooth integration?
https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/bluetooth/

Your server should be able to see Jura at the time of setup

I knew I forgot something. I'm running HASSOS in virtualbox, and the box has no bluetooth. You can close this issue for now...

You can try to use ESP32 as proxy. Theoretically it should work
