For picture with low resolution do not resize to bigger size on full screen #24

On my server I have some pictures that are very small and low quality.
When clicking on them on my photos they appear at the same size as all pictures... Except that, as they are very poor quality we see mainly pixels.`

It would probably be better to not resize to bigger sizes below a given resolution?
