  1. 某个模型在CPU上可以正常推理，但同样的推理代码，使用opencl版本，则结果不对。
  2. 使用backbendtest.out测试，则会block住

验证下来是 fp16 精度问题，设 precision = 1 后结果是正确的。如有其他问题重新提 issue 吧
