把下面的代码保存为SecretKeyGenerator.java

import javax.crypto.KeyGenerator;
import javax.crypto.SecretKey;
import java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException;
import java.util.Base64;

public class SecretKeyGenerator {

    public static SecretKey generate() {
        try {
            // 使用AES算法生成256位的SecretKey
            KeyGenerator keyGenerator = KeyGenerator.getInstance("AES");
            keyGenerator.init(256);
            return keyGenerator.generateKey();
        } catch (NoSuchAlgorithmException e) {
            e.printStackTrace();
            return null;
        }
    }

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        SecretKey secretKey = generate();
        System.out.println(Base64.getEncoder().encodeToString(secretKey.getEncoded()));
    }
}

得到一串base64的字符串，假设是
SomeFakeBase64AndVaryLong

然后，打开nacos/conf/application.perporities文件，搜索"nacos.core.auth.plugin.nacos.token.secret.key"，然后给赋值上，

nacos.core.auth.plugin.nacos.token.secret.key=SomeFakeBase64AndVaryLong

然后启动，就正常启动了。

https://www.sojson.com/base64.html 随便输入一个32位的字符串，点击生成Base64，获取到Base64 粘贴到nacos.core.auth.plugin.nacos.token.secret.key=

亲测可用~~~

使用uuid去掉"-"和换行符 正好32位长度， 再base64, 这样也可以：
uuid |tr -d '-' |tr -d '\n' |base64

如果只是用来测试的话，可以用这个现成的：
nacos.core.auth.plugin.nacos.token.secret.key=OTI4NWM3MDYwMTUwMTFlZjhhYWYwMDUwNTZiMmYzMTM=

更新： 这块踩坑了, 记得需要删除结尾的"="号， 不然搭集群节点间请求会403错误。
