More externals to pick up from the system #239

We should pick from the system:

  • GSL

Moreover we should make sure that the user knows about having to install:

  • bison
  • flex
  • libperl-dev

by pre-emptly checking when building their dependencies.

Bison and flex handled by #294.

libperl handled by #294. This also requires the new alibuild to display a proper error message.
