New entity name and attributes immediately editable

Immediately after placing a new entity, its name and attributes should be set to edit mode, with the name highlighted, so that the user can begin typing the name without needing to click again. Then, the user should be able to press Tab to start typing attributes (which is already possible if both fields are selected manually). Clicking away should deselect both fields (which is also the current behavior).
