Maybe we can translate it as: "Голосование за следующую карту" or "Проголосуйте за следующую карту"?

The TRANSF_SILENT translation you added is for Bosnian language, not Macedonian, and it's incorrectly translated. |
Since it's totally not related to pull request and it was translated wrong because I looked for Makedonian translation for some reason.

As @WPMGPRoSToTeMa said, it would be better to revert "Вы" to "вы" for consistency with other languages. Вы = You "You" with a capital letter isn't used anywhere, there's no need to be that much formal. |
