Scalability of application on Nomad workers - secret-id expires after usage count and lease

ISSUE:

The app-role solution implemented was designed for single application deployments.

SOLUTION:

Investigate leveraging the Vault Nomad integration to facilitate Nomad's generation of Secret-ids as and when required

New factory secret ID service resolves this
