Transition phase 5 countries to ORU outcome for death registration Countries transitioned: afghanistan algeria azerbaijan bangladesh bhutan colombia india iraq kenya lebanon libya nepal nigeria pakistan russia sierra-leone somalia south-sudan sri-lanka sudan philippines uganda New Caledonia is leading to oru_outcome (exception) Also, translation URLs were missing a leading forward slash hence the paths were relative, not absolute. V2 only.

Looks like the only remaining country that is leading to an embassy outcome is North Korea
