Building Resource Files

Since not also the qt designer is missing in pyqt6 and also the pyrcc6 to compile resource file. What is the approach for compiling the resource files in pyqt6. I know that an package exists called pyqt6rc but this is incompatible to pyqt6-tools since it is builded against version 6.5
