All rights reserved is quite strong. Can I suggest you use the MIT License, or better yet the CC0 License? The CC0 is very appropriate for glue-code.

Thanks for the suggestion! That was something I considered before but forgot about. I updated it to say public domain in the sources and CC0 in Cargo.toml. Direct language bindings to existing libraries should be straightforward to use.
