dee package: no provide line

Getting errors dee was not detected. Should a provide= be added to PKG?

Ok, sooo... If your goal was to piss me off, you have done it. I believe I asked several times to take these questions to AUR, but it seems you make a point of ignoring me. So from now on I'm blocking you, you won't be able to open issues here anymore.

Also you obviously don't know what you're talking about, in the world I live in, a provide line will not magically make it like you have the right library installed... Plus, if you had understood the error correctly you would have noticed that dee is linked against an older icu, and that it just needs to be rebuit. End of story.
