is this posssible?, as i still want my messages from apps even if tray is hidden

I would have thought this should work today, but I haven't actually verified it yet.

@AnrDaemon i am using the latest of the nightly builds you posted on the forums.
Since those had the ntoggle feature.

@AnrDaemon And i also have the 0.25.0 alpha litestep build, and im on windows 8.1, if that helps
