HTML decode attachment paths #96

Run HTML decode against attachment image tag paths to ensure special characters such as quotations are converted from code to the correct char. Previously, if you had a notebook named "Paul's Notebook", the app would attempt to look for a path of: "C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Local\Temp\Paul's Notebook\pandoc\media\image1.png"
I assume the same would happen for any other type of special HTML character, so hence using HtmlDecode against the tag path.
