Steps To Reproduce

If you expand the assets list in the latest release, it's missing all the binaries like previous releases.

Not sure if it's related at all, but the tag name is missing the leading v as well.

Damn - yes I forgot to prefix with a v and that caused CI to skip the upload binaries step 🤦

We're good now: https://github.com/amacneil/dbmate/releases
