フレームワーク構想

HexRinger（というか AlarmBroadcaseReceiver）が、指定 Hex への Enter or Leave を検知し、その上方を Intent に詰めて Broadcast する。
別の BroadcastReceiver がそれを受信してマナーモードの ON/OFF を切り替える。

要検討

HexA では処理 X を、 HexB では処理Y をさせたい場合。
