Would be nice to have an option to synchronize the block list so that the plugin data is updated in all devices running the same chrome user account.

Hello, I agree that this would be nice.
As a resource, this seems to be a reference on how to somewhat do that for Firefox:

hm, i am full sync for Chrome. and it does not think. very bad..
