apache2 Error

After a reboot apache2 Failed to start.

I've find only this information on docker logs and also inside supervisord.log
---- INFO spawned: 'apache2' with pid 154
---- INFO exited: apache2 (exit status 0; not expected)
---- INFO gave up: apache2 entered FATAL state, too many start retries too quickly

How to recover and start apache2 again ?

AFTER ANOTHER REBoOT (NOT THE FIRST, MAYBE THE FIFTH) IT'SEEM SOLVED
