Also known as Cocoa (in Apple).
AppKit is only used in Mac OSx, and GNUstep applications. iOS don't use AppKit, it uses UIKit (a.k.a. Cocoa touch) instead.
Chameleon is based on AppKit, while myOS, like Apple UIKit, is based on CoreGraphics and CoreAnimation.
