how to 'send'?

Hi, i have a campaign and want to send it (http://apidocs.mailchimp.com/api/2.0/campaigns/send.php) but doing

gb.campaigns.send cid

thinks its calling the Ruby #send method! How do i pass it through to MailChimp?

@amro Any progress here? I ran into the same issue just now.

For the moment I'm working around it using the schedule method, and just scheduling for a minute in the future, but that's less than ideal.

@linojon @petergoldstein Sorry for the delay in fixing this. I just went through a big release at work followed by a family trip where I didn't have frequent access to my machine. I just published Gibbon 1.0.3, which fixes calling campaigns.send.
