formatdb fail tests litters file system with empty files #121

After running the BLAST tests for pygr, 'foobarbaz.*' files show up
in my home directory:

/u/t/foobarbaz.fa.nhr
/u/t/foobarbaz.fa.nin
/u/t/foobarbaz.fa.nsq
/u/t/foobarbaz.fa.ntm

this is presumably because formatdb creates them before checking to see if
foobarbaz.fa exists.
