Safari (Windows) styling is misaligned #188

Observations:

Hangs on "1 remaining to download" and doesn't go any further.
Intro movie never shows, but all files are loaded as demonstrated by force-playing it using the debug menu.
Not loading any sounds resolves both problems 1 and 2, but results in no sound effects.
CheatSheet button is floating above "world" label
Control: Learner's buttons span two rows instead of one

CSS issues (4,5,6) resolved. Closing this ticket and opening a new one to deal with 1, 2 and 3.
