Posting this here to help out. Technically not an issue with the 1.12 version, but @An-Sar stated that it might have carried over from elucent's 1.11.2 version.

I seem to have it too. I just got destroyed by a ticking entity crash also.
Heres the log it gave. I'm looking forward to getting to use this once it stops blowing up, but it seems you still have some kinks to iron out. :<

Affects Myomer Muscle Replacements and Targeted Immunosuppressent.
Replace non-unique ID's with Unique IDs for keeping track of entities.

Ensured that lastBoostStrength, lastBoostSpeed, and lastImmuno are
actually updated so they can function as intended
