Cannot link a region correctly to a cell that has been copied and pasted

If I create a new output figure in a cell that was copied and pasted, a region will still link to the old output figure of the original cell

I pushed out 2.0.0 today, which includes a fix for this issue. Please give it a shot, and let me know how it goes!
