Add mycroft documentation and menu to acces it

Preferable in app text but if not posible use link to documentation.

:( the microft docs has hardcoded links inside and to be used they have to be parsed and changes first.

So a desisson has to be made. Either just make a link to the docs n the web, parse all the files and make docs insid or write simpler docs and link from that.

I think it would be awsome to have the documenattion inside the IDE
