Currently, for getting empty read-only collections (IReadOnlyCollection<T> and IReadOnlyList<T>) the Enumerable.Empty<TResult>() is used with some conversions. It would be easier to use Array.Empty<T>() instead.
The extension method providing empty read-only collections should be removed and all calls to it should be changed to Array.Empty<T>().
