Initially, I thought we could simply copy the scriptlets from either uBlock Origin or AdGuard, but that approach turned out to be unviable. The scriptlets are designed to operate in a browser addon environment, rely on some specific APIs, and include additional logging and telemetry that would be difficult to replicate in our context. So rewrite from scratch it is.
