Make it possible to read .clang-format if any #41

AFAIK the native clang-format commands read the config from any .clang-format file in any root folder (if any). It doesn't seem to work here. Any option to make it detect and honor existing .clang-format files?

Sorry, didn't see the "file" option. It works.
