Yeah, it fixed.
However when you preview a survey, it opens empty page.

And the second is:
When you change website membership (add or remove it) and push save, preview websites list remains the same until refresh page.

blank page issue has been fixed. there should be a login screen when you not logged in
websites membership issue has been fixed too

about login screen when clicking preview - there should be a token entry like on the other preview stuff in Kademi - blogs, learning, etc
