  • ImageResourceLoader should parse the contents of .atlas files and treat them as their unoptimized equivalent (return atlas regions as files, hide atlas files themselves).
  • When loading the actual texture resources it should not matter in which TextureAtlas the textures are packed, or if they're even packed at all.
