What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Modifies 'do_ssi_exec' function to manage both 'cmd' and 'cgi' exec 
subcommand.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please find new attachment for applying patch.
It enables also to SSI include CGI script.

A bug was found.
It previously sent header when processing SSI exec when it should not!!

Thanks for the patch!. It solved my problem of executing CGI as SSI. Although, 
it would be nice if this patch got rolled into the repository.

I'd like to integrate your patch into the mainstream, would you mind making a 
branch for it, and adding a test into test/test.pl ?

Hi,

Do what you want!
If you feel good to integrate, please do.

I reported the bug doing simple tests about the project.
I am not currently using the project in a highend project but still planned for 
future.
