where can I find librte_ans source code ???

Yes, that is correct. the source code isn't opend in github.

You can use this lib in your production. if you need more interface, please ask us to provide them.

What @tweiand probably means is, that it is unsecure to run in production if we are not able to search for malicious code.
Maybe the question is, why is it not shared? Is it for a paper/research?

I've recently posted a question/bug that would be (probably) easy to solve for me if I had the code.
