Little problem with QNAP

I have QNAP SS-839 (little old I know) and I tried to setup the video surveillance option with GuudGo SC-03. I got error message:

Failed to create the RTSP connection to the network camera. Please check if the RTSP port is correct and the RTSP streaming access name is 'live.sdp' on the network camera.

I searched with Google and there was something similar error and there was something about RTSP versions?

PS. I wonder if there is something odd with the latest ZIP-file, it did not install correctly, perhaps the files were not correctly copied to SD-card? There is two SDcard directories???
