A compariason on the icons on https://feathericons.com/ vs https://icones.js.org/ shows different icons. Is there a way to use the newest icons on feather icons.

You have probably confused "Feather Icons" and "Feather Icon". Even though names are similar, those are completely different icon sets.

"Feather Icons" is available as "Lucide": https://icones.js.org/collection/lucide

Feather Icons has been abandoned for few years, Lucide is a fork of the project that is being updated.
