Perl6 Doc Tools

We want this repository to become the main application used to generate the Official Perl 6 Documentation site. Our aim is to have a documented and tested system, where we can alter the way things work without being afraid of the consequences it may have.

In addition, as you may have seen in the perl6/doc wiki, there are intentions to change the rules through a more sophisticated application. However, before doing that, we needed to know how things were made, and that's exactly what this first version is: the same system, but slightly changed.

Now is time of two things: fix all errors we can to have a stable system and discuss how we want the new system to be (I recommend you read work already done in this matter here).

Any feedback/critics/considerations are strongly welcomed!
