API doesn't work in France

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use fr country code
2. Get categories with fr code
3. Ask for articles from on of these categories (like 
http://api.feedzilla.com/v1/categories/694/articles.json)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A JSON file containing the articles
An empty JSON file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
API v1

Please provide any additional information below.
Used to work just fine, but now my app is broken and I can't fix this on my side
