Please add binaries to releases

sadly the v.03 release does not contain any binaries, it would be cool to have them for download.

I tried to add a static armv7 binary as raw and as tgz file this time but github refused both. :/

Just that this format is not supported. The strange thing is, that I also used tgz for the previous release. I will try it again next time.

Sorry for the late response, I do not have much time to invest in avcut anymore.

I just released a new version with Github actions that build the executable and attach the archives to the release.
