QGIS 3.20 is broken #18

QGIS 3.20 has misconfigured OpenSSL and must be purged from the OS before installing 3.16 pr 3.22.

First deinstall QGIS with the uninstaller, then remove the QGIS directory in the program files.

Then remove Program Files > QGIS 3.20.X and Program Files > OpenSSL-Win64
